Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

Songbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
